HOW TO PREPARE:
We will be using Google Meet for all the classes, so please make sure you have the most up-to-date version the day before class.
If you are sharing an environment or playing music, please make sure to mute yourself so everyone can hear clearly.
Please be dressed and ready to go right at the start time, I will try to arrive early in case there are any questions.
MUSIC: In order for you to hear me properly I won't have any music playing on my end, but feel free to cue up relaxing music on your end. (In-person classes I play slow jams) to keep you relaxed.
TOOLS NEEDED:
Yoga Mat
Towel
Pillow or bolster
Comfortable moveable clothing (I encourage barefeet or grip socks)
EXTRA TOOLS:(click for recommended purchase options)
Foam Roller (36 inches)
Light weights or household items.
