What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an ancient healing therapy that helps modern day medical conditions by correcting the negative factors involved in the disease process, and in particular, stress.

It involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet or hands. It's based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.

Reflexologists apply pressure to these parts to provide a range of health benefits.

How Does it work?

In these 1 hour sessions we focus on the feet, applying pressure on the reflexes to bring the body back into balance.

We start by gently, cleansing you feet, before we start applying light pressure to your feet and finish the session with a massage.
